For a long time, an appeal was made by automobile enthusiasts and professionals in Algeria for the creation of a safe motor racing circuit, an appeal which remained in vain.

Certainly, Algeria in its history has organized several motorcycle and car races in its history, which we present to you here, but they were organized on occasional circuits, Algeria has never had a real permanent circuit where enthusiasts and professionals of motor sports can fully practice their passion. Certainly in the past, there have also been attempts to establish circuits in Algeria, but they remained at the project stage.

This time, we have good hope of seeing this dream come true thanks to a private initiative undertaken by Mehdi Naceri who sees his project relaunched.

Located in the Laghouat region, 400 km south of Algiers, the circuit is adjacent to the N1 (North/South) highway. Work, initially planned for 2021, was delayed. Several human obstacles, including those squatting on the land, prevented all work. A complaint was filed and the case was taken to court, resulting in four years of litigation.
Earthworks began in 2023. In the meantime, the building permit expired, and it took two years to renew it.
July 2025 permit obtained, Al Hamdullah, the dream can finally be built.

He is a member of several clubs in different motorsports disciplines, where he participates in the organization of numerous events. He began his racing career with AutoX, then quickly expressed a desire to try his hand at faster disciplines such as Lapping and Time-Attack, where drivers mercilessly challenge the clock.

The project leader invested out of his own pocket. He is now looking for one or more investors to continue and bring this project to life. If you are interested, you can contact us and we will forward it to you.
